Anything, from an herb garden placed in front of the cantilevered windows, to a spice collection, will become a work of art in this kitchen.

Furthermore, the remodels reference the period architecture of the home, in its use of materials like bead board, soapstone, and Victorian-inspired pendant lights. Being able to take advantage of the servant’s staircase, located near the refrigerator, to sneak downstairs for a midnight snack is just another thing to love about this kitchen. The homeowner’s favorite spot in the house? The ‘nook’ area that looks out onto the backyard patio and garden. We would have to agree!
